9·8 months agoThe same was told to me even as everybody already had mobile phones with calculators in them or even iPhones
To be fair there’s some truth to it, they’re just an asshole.
Some ceramic dishes tend to accumulate some water over time and then that water gets hot, while the food stays cold.
That shouldn’t be a problem in new dishes or ones made out of glass or plastic

9·9 months agoCarbs are the basic molecules used in your energy metabolism (i.e. almost everything gets converted into glucose through one pathway or another).
If you’d try to meet your calorie requirements with a high protein intake you’d just put unnecessary strain on your kidneys and I don’t think you’d enjoy your food as much (don’t get me started on keto people)
