There isn’t a shortage of movies. I’m willing to bet someone is out there pandering to your preference for historically accurate skin tone in fictional stories where it’s barely described and has no meaning in relation to the plot.

If seeing a black person in a movie ruins the “myth representation” for you, maybe just skip going to see it. No one’s going to drag you to a theatre and strap you into a chair.

Bullshit. It’s a modern take on an ancient myth where half the characters are barely described physically. Nothing about people who never existed can be miscast by skin color, unless you’re going to try to tell me that this is meant to be a historical reenactment of, again, events that never happened.

I suppose Charybdis could be miscast if they used a kangaroo, but frankly I haven’t seen the movie and don’t know if that part is even depicted.

Definitely feel this one. Seems like every day is another “hey, we’re going to contract fascistCorpPro and drop fascistLiteCo, I need your staffs to bring the fascists up to speed with this access they definitely shouldn’t have.”

I dunno, I more often see this phrase combined with masturbation to porn the user cannot believe they masturbated to afterward. There is a sense of clarity following ejaculation, but it doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with a sexual partner or their perceived attractiveness.

This sounds like they did you a solid by not working. I’ll have to look up this genre of shooter, though; not something I’ve heard of before. I tend to be too easily annoyed for anything that isn’t single-player or local co-op these days, although some part of me still remembers some MMOs though rose-colored nostalgia glasses.

This may be the first time I haven’t fallen into the subset of “everybody.”

Everything I want to play runs using Linux/proton. It seems like the only things that have trouble are things I’d never consider even installing, let alone running.
