I’m fine with infrastructure overhaul. We build new houses every day.
We just need to be clever enough to do it without cooking ourselves

I’m hoping for ranged wireless charging. Everything is always charged when Im inside.

That makes sense but has it actually been tested?

11 9’s baby!

99.999999999 uptime guarantees yearly downtime.
Awesome! Yeah I run Ubuntu at home for years. Sadly back to Mac at work
I got to expense mine, wouldn’t pay that much if i had to actually pay lol
I hear Linux phones are close for daily driver stuff. Gonna try one when I am ready for a phone.
Pretty disappointed in my 2 year old pixel, regardless of Googles continued enshitification

What does round trip efficiency mean here?

That video makes it sound exciting but I’ve heard Matt hypes things up more than they should be
I got a curved, split, tented ortholinear monstrosity with a built in trackball and I’m finally done. I get that it’s stupid and a waste of money but my hands feel so good typing all day on it
Oh absolutely, depends on what you are measuring if that isn’t close enough
So 37 % of 38 is equivalent to (37 * 38 ) / 100 ? Which I can almost do in my head.
37 * 4 is 148 I think, so 37 * 40 is 1480. Subtract 74 we have 1406. So we have 14.06?

How do I get off Google voice?
So far this bacteria is really slow at digesting the plastic molecules so it won’t be that fast. But they are already messing with its DNA to make it faster. I still think your phone turning to dust is unlikely, but what happens in hospitals? What happens to implanted medical devices? It could certainly have consequences

Story time?

It took me years of therapy to get to that friend.
But yeah now for sure.

I only read Children of Time. I need to get off my ass

Proxmox is a hypervisor. I would install that as your os if that is something you want.
If you just need containers, podman is good. Docker is fine, but podman is open source.
That being said, I run proxmox on my server and have various vms running. I have a laptop that I will use to play with containers and if it turns into a service I want I’ll make it run on proxmox, either as a container itself or as something running on a VM on the hypervisor
Infosys is slimy enough they will find a way to survive
