me: suspend manually then.

every time i open my computer i have the tray filled with sad face emojis because discover crashed. then it will not open anymore but the sad emojis still reappear
what’s the middle hole then?

i could make a mean comment, but i recently switched from mint to ultramarine kde and i could swear it’s buggier than w11. literally every time i look at it wrong i need to reboot.
easily done with 10am sunrise and 2pm sunset

well hello Mr. cranky 😅

forgot most of you here are americans, roku isn’t a thing in my country. everyone who i share to uses a pc, htpc, phone or tablet for that

pretty easy with tailscale
not sure if a tv thing or american thing but everyone wears shoes indoors
you could try to swap the old ssd or hdd from the broken laptop if it’s otherwise decent enough. check if it has a 2.5" drive or m.2

the dumbest reason was that they hate penquins, but the one you can’t argue with is that they don’t need to because it does all they need it to do
i cry when i have to chop an onion. not because it hurts my eyes, but because it’s sad that it’s the end of the road after it worked so hard to grow up to be a big stinky onion.
i almost cried when michael left the office, was a close call. i cried when he showed up to dwights and angelas wedding.

it’s useless. test it out with creepjs
they removed the comment section now 😅
my first and last gigabyte mobo (b650m). I’m stuck in a two year old bios because the damn thing won’t read the usb. I’ve tried the specific port pointed by the manual, all other ports too. five different usb sticks. legacy mode on and off. formatting them with different tools. placing the file in a folder and root, zipped and unzipped.
funny thing is that when it was new i did get it to recognize the usb stick and updated the bios, but the then new version had a bug, it immediately woke up after suspending. so i rolled back and never could make it work again.

and it’s fucking annoying to check the box to “prove you’re a human” when trying to access almost any site. some days it will make me do it three times before letting me through
settings, filter list and cookie notices. select both lists there.
yes i have launched it from terminal. it only launches with sudo, it works completely normally then. funny that it nags that it’s unnecessary to run it with sudo. without sudo it’s just silent, nothing appears in terminal.
there’s also 4 updates always available, but they keep coming back after restarting discover. sometimes it gives an error complaining about color schemes, wallpapers, cursors etc. even if I remove everything i downloaded…
