That’s a great idea! Thanks! I’ve got unbound running locally on one instance of Pihole, and I’ve got it in a LXC for the other instance. Using the configs to pull from git would make that much easier to sync.

I have a “main” Pihole on a Raspberry Pi, and I set up another instance in a VM for secondary functions.

192·7 months agoIf you’re getting something for free, you aren’t the consumer, you are the product. Open Source projects (free as in speech) need some way to pay for the beer (not free). Enshittification is accelerating the conversion of services that have some form of free tier into more aggressively finding ways to monetize those users. Even services you pay for are selling your data, to make sure they can get maximum juice.

5·7 months agoI’m still waiting for it to be delivered, but I’m not sure if I want to break it in with No Man’s Sky, or start installing EmuDeck. Honestly, I want to do “all the things” as soon as I get it into my hands, given the way people gush about it.
