6·2 months agoBazzite steam mode is functionally identical to steam os, and in my experience I haven’t had to fuck around with any game. Got Spiderman, GTA 5 and Cyberpunk working (as well as they can considering the hardware) working by just downloading them.
Its pretty much steam os but based on fedora immutable. I like it a lot, especially in desktop mode where the KDE version is more current.

132·2 months agoWhats wrong with https://bazzite.gg/ it even has dev-mode switch so you run docker and other dev apps
Newbies should just install Ubuntu.
It works and is well supported. Year later go distrohopping.
That’s what I suggest anyway.

221·2 years agoCan you imagine not having the constant traffic noise played into your ears like tinnitus, being able to maybe actually breathe the oxygen nature provides. That’s probably gonna be what it will be like. But still, ev are just a stop gap, more privately owned cars isn’t the solution in my humble opinion, it is a start towards it.

I just found out today due to work needs that Vimeo already does this.
TBH I didnt know Vimeo was anything like this.
