So if you give a human and a system 10 tasks and the human completes 3 correctly, 5 incorrectly and 3 it failed to complete altogether… And then you give those 10 tasks to the software and it does 9 correctly and 1 it fails to complete, what does that mean. In general I’d say the tasks need to be defined, as I can give very many tasks to people right now that language models can solve that they can’t, but language models to me aren’t “AGI” in my opinion.

I have worked for companies that have rules stating no logos/brand names could be noticeable. So a black pair of shoes that had a Nike check on it would be considered unacceptable. I always worried the dickies emblem on my work pants might cause issue. White socks were an issue which since you are wearing long pants and shoes… shouldn’t even be noticeable. All tattoos had to be covered, no facial hair allowed, and no piercings. Hair color must be a natural color.

I think the concept behind BLM is good, but I would have never thought wearing a mask with their logo on it would be allowable work attire.

Interesting that of the very few words I could have recognized in German that I remember that one. It used to show up in textbooks in the U.S. when studying WW2. Blitzkrieg being the German air bombings.

Mostly keep going back to snitzel, beers and lederhosen. Aka the american stereotyping german restaurants (poorly Im sure). In my experience, most chain restaurants back of house line cooks get paid fairly low. So let’s say the highest paid linecook gets 18 an hour. They work 8 hours and make $144 that day before taxes and it is added to their check. Most of the servers in the front of house would make around $150 as well but they worked less hours. (Usually 5-6 hours). They also walk with the tip money at the end of the night. Then they claim what they wish to because the government can’t prove how much you made in tips. Many claim they made far less, others claim what they made for other reasons.

It is common to see servers make twice what cooks do. Which creates an atmosphere where front/back of house don’t get along all the time either.

My only thought (plausable excuse) is that he is possibly sucking up while expressing discontent under the false pretense maybe Musk will pay him losses. Whether he likes him or not, he should know someone thay disagrees with him will not get paid but rather sued for existing.

Teaching a kid there is a time and place to use their devices is educational. Confiscating personal property to limit access is just creating problems.

Also, who is paying for the $2000 smart phone that got cracked/lost/stolen while confiscated?

As I said in a comment above, good luck not getting sued by the parents during a school shooting / emergency and their kid cannot contact them.

The first school shooting that a student wasn’t able to call/text their parent would result in every parent suing and this being reversed.
