I wonder if this community has moderation. I take all this propaganda shit personally because I live in Russia and fighting Russian propaganda seems futile to me but I at least Lemmy feels so cozy and friendly to me but then I face this shit again and it brakes my heart.

Well, while TASS has neutral articles but knowing that it is Russian state news agency you should take everything from it with a freight train of salt. I’m Russian, I live in Russia and I witness how this propaganda captured minds of regular people. But unfortunately it also aimed to people from abroad and it seems that it works. And I’m glad that other countries take measurements against it but unfortunately it is still strong. It is so freaking difficult to change people’s minds sometimes it’s feels that it’s easier to physically eliminate the source of the propaganda and I hope that Ukrainian army will soon start to attack Russian TV towers and TV centers (these are formally civilizan objects but I approve such attacks).
