A solid list of games to not play. I own over a dozen of them and only played a handful. Though if you go by total playtime, I’ve played enough of them to make up for the whole list.

Edit: but I doubt anyone here can guess which of those games I have played the most.

The one that really impressed me was the capital on Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. At one point I was walking on top of the walls surrounding it and looking around for a nice screenshot and I was just in awe of how great that city was.

It’s like when playing the lottery, if you say you’re picking all your numbers in a sequence, like 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. People will tell you’re crazy because sequences like that “never” happen. But the same is true for every other combination of numbers too. The sequence just makes it clearer how unlikely you are to ever pick the winning numbers.

Well there’s two different things that people who relate to this picture may want: either the nature or the solitude (sometimes both); for the second, part of the fantasy is that they would never have to deal with anyone.

In reality what people want may be completely different, but the picture passes the message better.

In the early century I’ve seen companies bundle an entire pc (with case and all) inside their own products just to avoid dealing with windows CE.

And people would also track down and document what race people used to be before the change happened so that they could keep on hating too.

June and July deserve to share the same U too. In some languages it’s only the N/L that changes between them.

Huh, this sort of issue is what made me leave KDE in the first place. Haven’t had such problems on gnome.

The same folks who made Bazzite also have Aurora and Bluefin. Those are general purpose distros with the same ideas as Bazzite, just less gaming stuff bundled in. The difference between the two is just the desktop environment (gnome for bluefin, kde for aurora).

But even though Bazzite is focused on gaming, it is still a pretty good distro for general use too. The same stuff that enables windows games to run on it also help run any windows program just as well, so it might be a good pick if you use any software that only runs on windows.

I remember at one point the front-end guys I knew were laughing that it didn’t even support iframes. But I imagine it eventually got decent enough.

Meanwhile in my company the leadership just thinks that we have a messaging problem after the new AI stuff we implemented made absolutely no difference in the sales numbers.

I forget what I went to the store for so I browse every aisle until I see something that makes me remember it (usually the thing itself).

Windows Vista is Microsoft’s greatest success, because it’s main purpose was to make people forget the promises made for Longhorn.

I was gonna edit the comment to add a similar note right after posting but I was already half asleep and apparently I didn’t do it.

Portuguese, we do and we use it in everything. Even something simple like “for my Father” most of us say “for the my Father”.

Autistic people will often do the right thing simply because they were taught it is what they are supposed to do - with no consideration of how they’ll feel about it.

And ADHD people don’t get to feel good about anything they do.

Combine the two and you get the ultimate altruists!
