6·15 days agoAre you saying it in ml if you’re posting on a different instance? Can the ml mods block this comment, or ban you from a community on an instance they don’t moderate?
I’m not sure were the other person is coming from, I’ve seen a lot of “fuck” and “BLYAT” on ml.

19·21 days agoWell, RAM is dirt cheap anyways. /S
Edit: I bought this one for 180 in another site just a few months ago. It now costs as much what I paid for RAM, CPU + MOBO. Dodged a bullet not waiting for the black Friday “deals”

1·23 days agoThe article says they used ChatGPT or some similar LLM bot.
No it doesn’t.
It says they used a chatbot, and that’s what the word chatbot means by default.
No it’s not
The reporter used a chatbot such as ChatGPT
The article doesn’t say the kind of chatbot, not chatbot means LLM or ChatGPT.
I’m not going to continue. It’s just going in circles.
Are you sure you’re not the LLM?

21·23 days agoNo. You are the one who knows, without doubt, they used ChatGPT and can’t be wrong. If you think “hey, there are other options, don’t jump to unproven conclusions” is to like to argue I’m not the one with a problem.
I’m open to being proven wrong, but you need a bit more than “trust me, I must know”.

Hell, they don’t even need to go, just call the local services.
For me it’s most likely that they have a specialized tool than an LLM detecting correctly tampering with the photo.
But if you say it’s unlikely you’re wrong, then I must be wrong I guess.

112·23 days agoA chatbot can be the user facing side of a specialized agent.
That’s actually how original change bots were. Siri didn’t know how to get the weather, it was able to classify the question as a weather question, parse time and location and which APIs to call on those cases.

153·23 days agoDevils advocate, AI might be an agent that detects tapering with a NLP frontend.
Not all AI is LLMs.
How did they stalk you? I had some wackos trying to publicly shame me for having down voted them (didn’t work as they expected I guess) or mention something about other comments on other communities.
It’s weird, but not unheard of, or a uniquely tankie trait. They are more usually using puppet accounts.
How would that look like in cases of absolute evil? For instance, Epstein and his island.
To throw everybody involved in jail forever would be a positive change. What kind of positive feedback would create more positive change?
Honest question, really

2·1 month agoNo, I actually use an exit on my country for that reason.

A VPN is part of a toolset. No tool alone is enough, and they only really work for some porpoises.
Some people think it is enough. Some people think chrome incognito is enough. Some people are wrong.
I’m any case, privacy is a spectrum. I can’t be untraceable by state agents, but I can avoid a lot of non targeted spying.
