Idk if we have any NYJ fans in here, but 2 years ago the coin meme was born. One fan flipped the same quarter every game to predict a win or a loss. I actually put in a full effort into what I do. My previous manager would find something wrong with anything I did even if i did it exactly like they said. Why bother doing high quality work when your boss is a miserable person and will just make up shit about how it’s bad or wrong anyway.
