The target demographic of the 90 tier is grouped on two:
- Enthusiasts who just kinda want the power for the power
- Professionals, mostly 3D artists but video editors and a few others to. High fidelity renders can take days, so shaving a few hours off can add up, especially if you need to redo it

It’s just once AI becomes useful (and not magical), we tend to stop calling it AI unless AI gets more VC money.

4·1 year agoI don’t know about air travel. For comparison, Li batteries are about 200-300 Wh/kg, with solid state reading 3-4x that.
Jetfuel is 11000 Wh/kg. Hydrogen is 39000 Wh/kg.
By volume they might have an advantage but planes tend to care more about weight
Duolicious is one. Its user base is mostly 4channers though.

29·2 years agoI’m just nitpicking but why are 7.7 and 6.6 arbitrary the thresholds for the colour change? Also, why is one 6.6 red while another two are yellow?
48/16 here. Something like that with almost 80 a month.
It works for me.
I did originally have some issues and did some searching that there used to be firefox issues that are now resolved. Mine were fixed by restarting my VPN, but otherwise no problems.

They do do it in C. The packages are written in C, python is just used as the wrapper to allow less coding skilled data scientists to easily use it.
That’s like the entire data science joke. It’s C in a python trench coat.
