4·8 days agoSince I would recommend everyone 3-2-1. I have both a good structured photobackup AND immich.
Every negative feedback I made on Google Playstore got removed. You know what? It was the Dev himself who asked for deleting. Critics aren’t allowed one some services.
Looked promising. But its outdated.

442·14 days agoThese opt-out and opt-in rules should be punishable by law. I mean its the nature of humanity. We don’t care.
A brief comparison: in Germany, you are only an organ donor if you opt in. In France, you are always an organ donor unless you opt out. Guess which country has more donors.
Can’t device if upvote because it’s correct or downvote because it’s harsh. Come on we are the penguins, we are FOSS and open source, no skill-shaming. All are welcome.

Sure, but not obviously enough, maybe next time I mark it.
“Firefox no longer supports 32-bit Linux systems. We recommend installing the 64-bit version for continued updates and support”
And I thought only Microsoft create e-waste.
In the past this doesn’t belong to me. I was okay with both. But I recently noticed that it is possible to connect a USB-OS to any system. The resolution is always correct. Thanks to wayland.
3-2-1 never let me down since more than two decades. I just bought an external nextcloud host. And everyone of these 3 backups was destroyed in the past and I was glad to have them in another backup. Fire at the external server host. Fire at home and a HDD failure. But not at the same time.
Just had to add: the PC is poverty of someone else and has encrypted win 11 on it. Use a 3.2-usb-stick with a shim compatible installed linux-distro on it (fedora/ubuntu).

Looks like things changed the last decades? AMD was the only CPU I saw dying on my machine. Intel was rock solid, but that was years ago.
