Because to further their political agenda they are attacking civilians. you know, the definition of terrorism?
They have very similar geopolitical goals. The difference being that India is much larger. They want some form of hegemony militarily, economically, and politically.

It has been evident from the start, but it must be really bad now that hes admitting it. We’ve seen LPR/DNR forces using Mosins for a while now.
