When my computer goes to sleep I no longer have audio when I resume using it. Unplugging and replugging my USB DAC is a workaround I’ve been using.

It’s not hyped in the media, probably because it’s Chinese companies doing it, but there have been massive strides towards creating humanoid robotics in the past couple of years. They aren’t nearly to the point of being autonomous but there’s a simple humanoid robot that’s selling for 5900 today.

1·6 months agoA long time ago Elon promised that full self-driving would be coming to existing cars that had their self-driving package installed which was cameras only. Elon is probably sticking with cameras only to avoid a lawsuit.

5·8 months agoLmao can’t provide proof when called out. Cmon show me all the EA, Activision, Bethesda, Ubisoft, Square Enix, From soft, Cdpr, etc titles with a base price of $150. This should be easy since everyone’s doing it.

9·2 years agoTwo ports at once have been used for Samsung’s 5120x1440 240hz monitors. Each port refreshes half of the screen and there are two scanlines going from left to right. Using the calc here you might be able to use two DP2.1 UHBR80 cables with DSC and nonstandard timings to run 4k 1000hz 10bit.

Let me know if you figure out where that is. Hopefully I can change that on Bazzite. Maybe I should consider hopping to base Fedora to avoid the atomic distro complications
