3·2 months agoSorry OOTL on this. Does that mean auth won’t be local, that users won’t be able to work offline?
Had an interesting chat with a chill taxi driver about this. He’d been in the business almost 30 years and says he sees people who don’t adopt this philosophy actually have health issues, and quit.
I wish people wouldn’t do this. Even in the pouring rain with low visibility you’ll have some absolute bellend think it’s appropriate to be less than a car length behind you when you have nowhere to go and I’m sure as shit not going to drive unsafely just so they can get home 2 mins sooner. Wankers.
I was going to say - what’s wrong with Mint?

2·3 months agoYep. In my house it’s mint, mint, pi, pi, osx, osx, osx, and the work laptop running win 11 because argh.
When I find out a) what distros are best for the older MacBook Pros that’s ideally not Gnome and b) what the best photography workflow/retouch tools are for Linux then it’ll be all except the work machine.
No I think they specialise in medium or large format, with various filters… doing their own development with funky chemistry.
I don’t see this person as a black and white character. Very creative. Specialising in avant-garde still life maybe.
I believe you mean thawb. A fraud is a term for a deep geological formation filled with water, in Scandinavia.
No, that’s frog. Fraud is the opposite of frozen.
I’ve seen this before with people but don’t understand. Why would you not take the labels off your clothes/caps? Are they going to return them?
You say that, but I found this to be the perfect analogy to show to my wife to help her understand my take on the absurdity of her mother’s objection to me getting our children vaccinated.
Worked like a treat.
See, I can do this, and often do. I wake up at 0730 naturally and it’s a great feeling when I wake up a couple of mins before the alarm. But I do set an alarm - because I’d never, ever bank on it.
Sod’s Law I’d sleep in when I need to catch a flight.
I don’t discriminate. Humans, bots, whatever.

That’s a lot easier than I thought it would be. Thanks so much.
