1·4 months agoDocker based windows seems like an odd choice when qemu exists. Will check it out to see how it bloats on resources. I have a couple work apps that won’t work in WINE but are fine in qemu.

Throw a JetBrains app in there for a complete monstrosity 🤣
As a Gnome’r I tend to lean towards apps that I can make look like they belong, but I put up with JetBrains because there tools work really well for my needs

3·6 months agoI don’t support it, only because my state wouldn’t be seperating to join the “good” side
That’s unlucky as heck. I always think about how I decided last minute to go to get an associates instead of going to the typical four year. I ended up graduating and getting a job right before the financial crash. A pretty significant amount of my friends were still in college and couldn’t get jobs for years if ever (at least related to their degree)

3·8 months agoI bought my P14s Gen 4 refurbished on eBay and have had no trouble. The nice thing about Lenovo is that they have really good documentation and the ThinkPad series are highly serviceable.



If you don’t mind no plugins, I really like Epiphany. I can live without most plugins bit not having my works password manager built in makes it unusable for anything but personal browsing.
